Owner Narrative
The contact owns a 2025 Freightliner M2. The contact stated that while driving at 65 MPH and driving over a bump, the contactâs leg struck the gear shifter, shifting the gear shifter into neutral. The contact believed that the gear shifter was not in a good location and that the gear shifter was too close to the driver's leg. There were no warning lights illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 23.
