Owner Narrative
Britax Willow S. While latching the infant seat into the base needs excessive force to ensure it is clicked in properly. If not, the shell was not securely latched into the base. Infant seat also became stuck in base resulting in having to remove the infant from the car seat. This is a safety issue due to it not fully engaging the latches that hold the infant seat to the base. The car seat has not been inspected. Attempted to reach out to Britax multiple times and have been unable to get in contact. Called multiple times, left a voice message and also submitted a message via their webpage with no response to either.
