THE CAR WAS STATIONARY. I WENT TO BUCKLE THE DRIVER'S SIDE SEATBELT BEFORE GOING GROCERY SHOPPING AND SPRINGS CAME FLYING OUT OF THE BUCKLING MECHANISM. THE SEATBELT NO LONGER WORKS. *TR
