TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD 500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AND THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED, THE RPMS INCREASED AND THE ENGINE REVVED WHEN THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS RELEASED. THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 114,000.
