TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F-350 DIESEL. THE CONTACT STATED THAT SHE SAW A PUDDLE OF WATER UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. SHE THEN HAD SOMEONE INSPECT THE VEHICLE AND NOTICED THAT THERE WAS AN OIL LEAK AND THAT THE OIL PAN WAS COMPLETELY CORRODED WITH RUST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 100,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
