BOTH DRIVERS SIDE AND PASSENGER SIDE SHOULDER BELTS LOCK UP CONTINUOUSLY. THERE WAS A RECALL ON FEBRUARY 2, 1997 ON BOTH OF THEM. THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAS HAD THEM REPLACED. BOTH SIDES STILL LOCK UP ALL THE TIME PREVENTING MOVEMENT OF ANY KIND.*AK
