The contact stated that on various occasions while accelerating from a stop or while driving at highway speeds, the vehicle refused to shift gear and the vehicle lost automotive power, with the ABS and traction control warning lights illuminated. The message "Service Electronic Braking System" was displayed. The contact stated that after the failure occurred, the vehicle was restarted. The local dealer was not contacted but the vehicle was not diagnosed. The vehicle was not repaired.
