Owner Narrative
On February 15, 2025, Rivian performed Field Service Action FSAM-1507 on my 2024 Rivian R1T at 11,590 miles. Hub-to-knuckle fasteners were found loose in four structural locations. This was identified as a safety-related field service action. A second field service action, FSAM-1678 (front halfshaft NVH washers), was performed November 3â4, 2025. I am reporting both actions to create a federal record of the structural safety deficiencies in this vehicle.
