Your safety is our top priority & wanted to ensure you that we’ve taken the necessary steps to address the concerns that were found and identified as safety issues on the vehicle. Our team had thoroughly reviewed the situation where parts were found to be coming loose, which we understand could pose a significant hazard on the road. These parts being identified as both your Left & Right Lower Rocker Moldings. Prior to repairs these moldings were only being held by 2 plastic retainers on each side, posing a danger of falling off. These plastic retainers could have potentially broken off & causing the moldings to fly off on the road resulting in a possible accident. We’ve also conducted a thorough inspection to ensure that your vehicle is roadworthy and s INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
