The contact owns a 2010 Audi Q7. The contact stated that after having the car washed, the radio was operating on and off independently. The contact mentioned that every time that it rained the failure recurred and the heated seat was operating on and off independently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the amplifier needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure.
