TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHEVROLET SILVERADO, SUBJECTED TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 19V-328000 (ENGINE). THE DEALER SMEDLEY'S CHEVROLET (937) 412-1316, AND THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THEY WERE TAKING CARE OF THE COLD WEATHER STATES FIRST. THE CONTACT STATED PARTS WERE SHIPPED TO COLD WEATHER STATES IN NOVEMBER 2019. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT HE COULD DRIVE 200 MILES TO HAVE THE RECALL REPAIRS PERFORMED IN ANOTHER STATE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000.
