THE PARKING BRAKE CABLE IS ROUTED THROUGH THE LEFT FRONT WHEEL AREA IN SUCH A WAY THAT THE TIRE CONTACTS IT DURING NORMAL STEERING/SUSPENSION MOVEMENTS AND IS CHAFFING THE CABLE.
