TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHILE DRIVING 35 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO DECREASE IN SPEED, THE BRAKE PEDAL TRAVELED TO THE FLOORBOARD AND FAILED TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 86,642.
