TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS COMING TO A STOP, THE ANTI-BRAKE SYSTEM ENGAGED INDEPENDENTLY AND CAUSED THE BRAKES TO FAIL. THE FAILURE RECURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,000.
