TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHEVROLET SILVERADO. WHILE DRIVING AT 20 MPH, THE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY FAILED AND COULD NOT SHIFT INTO GEAR. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWICE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 126,000.
