DRIVER'S SIDE HEATED SEAT WENT OUT; DEALER SAYS WILL COST $600 TO REPLACE/REPAIR. PASSENGER SIDE STILL WORKS. THIS IS ONE OF THE REASONS WE BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE. WE HAVE BEEN LONG-TIME FORD DRIVERS -- BUYING NEW -- BUT MAY NEVER BUY A FORD AGAIN. *TR
