Owner Narrative

Customer Service , Every year I purchase New Wipers for our Daughters Ford Edge and for our Ford 2019 SUV . I purchased two new sets on 7/11/2025 on my Mastercard and in the Winter of 2025 both Wiper Fastening clamps "snapped and Cracked in Missouri Weather . These Vehicles were kept inside, and this has never happened before . I took both sets to Auto Zone Store # 3895 Wentzville , MO and was told that you're our FOURTH customer today and we cannot help you . ( This was not the response I expected from AutoZone ..you will have to contact BOSCH directly. I did so on a Saturday communication with an AI driven communication process "openly" admitting BOSCH was having Quality issues, and someone would contact me....NO communications at all. I also have a sample of the " Faulty Wipers" and can provide along with Copy of my Credit Card Charges . I spent #109.44 each for two sets of Wipers and requesting a Total Refund or Replacements .
