Owner Narrative
Backup camera is no longer working. It has a white screen but no image, which makes it difficult to back up the van safely since itâs a large van and sits high. I live in a neighborhood with children and itâs challenging to see behind me when backing out of the driveway without the backup camera. Therefore, this is a safety issue. Ford and/or NHTSA have recalled these same backup cameras on other Ford Transit vans, including others manufactured in 2017, but did not include my van.
